COINS FOR KIDS 2012

Coins for Kids is the Girls Ministries designated project for BGMC. Each year the National GM office cooperates with BGMC to present a tangible missions project for the Girls Clubs to give to. The monies given count toward the church's BGMC goal. It is not an either/or giving opportunity. Another cool blessing CFK presents is that 10% of all offerings given by Montana clubs is sent back to bless Montana GM. So I would like encourage all Girls Clubs across the Big Sky to give to Coins for Kids!

CHARTERING

Chartering for 2011-2012 year goes from Sept thru June. The cost is $10 per club level. For example is a church has one Rainbow club and 2 Daisies clubs and 1 STARs club the charter fee is $30 plus $2 for postage so total due to District is $32.

Chartering is important because it allows the children participating in the local church GM ministry to participate in District functions associated with Honor and Graduate ceremonies. It also allows churches to attend District retreats at a discounted price.

Chartering for 2011-2012 needs to be sent into the District Office by September 30th, 2011.  Girl's Charter Form 

Honor Star Applications for 2011-2012 are due into the District GM Director by June 20, 2012. Applications may be mailed to Kim Greenwald at CBAG PO Box 849, Cut Bank, MT 59427.

Honor Friends Applications for 2011-2012 are due into the District GM Director by June 20, 2012. Applications may be mailed to Kim Greenwald at CBAG PO Box 849, Cut Bank, MT 59427.

Girls Only Graduate Applications for 2011-2012 are due into the District GM Director by June 20, 2012. Applications may be mailed to Kim Greenwald at CBAG PO Box 849, Cut Bank, MT 59427

What is Girls Ministries?

Girls Ministries is about intentional outreach and Christian discipleship for girls. We provide resources to help churches and individuals teach girls biblical truths that will help them learn to make God-pleasing decisions.

Why just for girls?

Gender specific ministry is crucial for developing girls into women of God. Girls are faced with so much confusion and temptation in their daily lives, but in a setting catered to girls they can connect with each other and an older mentor who can invest in them through Bible study and activities and help them grow in their faith and discover the answers to the questions they face

EVENTS

  September 30, 2011 - Deadline for Charter Application for 2011-2012 School Year due to the District office.

  March 3, 2012 Derby Racing-Races are to be held in Kalispell Christian Center and Sidney AG

  May 31, 2012 is the deadline for Honor Reviews and application for STARS, Friends, and Girls Only. Mail applications and reviews with test scores written on the application to Kim Greenwald c/o Cut Bank AG, PO Box 849, Cut Bank, MT 59427.
